We utilise both Australia Post’s regular Parcel Post and Express Post services.

We utilise Australia Post’s Economy Air Mail for most international deliveries. Express delivery by FedEx is available upon application.

All parcels are calculated by “weight and destination postcode” via the online shopping cart calculator, prior to completing the checkout process.

All transactions are carried out in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All items listed on the web site are normally in stock and available for immediate despatch.

If however you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you that the goods are not in stock and when to expect delivery.

Goods can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Goods must be returned in original, unopened and resalable condition.
