Suggested use: One capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon each with a full glass of water. Increase slowly to four capsules daily if desired. Do not take MegaHydrate® without water.
Each capsule contains: MegaHydrate® 300 mg, Flanagan Microclusters® (Silica, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Citrate and Oleic Acid) in a Vegetable Capsule.
