Delivery Policy
PhiSciences Australia uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
Delivery charges for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on size, weight and delivery address, and are displayed during the checkout process, before payment.
Refund Policy
Items returned in original, unopened condition, may be returned within 14 days of purchase. A full refund less delivery costs will be provided.
